advertising (such as the sharing of identifiers like email addresses with advertising
platforms for lookalike audience creation);

card information) except for the purposes for which it was collected and as otherwise

1. Opt-Out of Sharing and Targeted Advertising

1489, except with respect to third-party targeted advertising cookies, pixels, and similar website
tools, which are addressed in Section 2 below.
When you submit a request to opt out of the sharing of your personal information, Digs will
suppress your information from future uploads to advertising platforms (such as Google and
LinkedIn) used for lookalike audience creation. Digs does not sell your personal information.
We will process your opt-out request as soon as feasibly possible, but no later than 15 business
days from the date we receive your request. We will also notify any third parties to whom we
shared your personal information during the 90 days prior to your request and direct them to
comply with your opt-out.
You do not need to create an account or verify your identity to submit an opt-out request.
2. Opt-Out of Third-Party Targeted Advertising Cookies
You may opt out of third-party targeted advertising cookies, pixels, and similar website tools
running on our website by adjusting your preferences through our cookie consent manager,
accessible via the "Cookie Settings" link in the footer of our website.
If our website receives a Global Privacy Control ("GPC") signal from your web browser, we will
automatically treat it as a valid request to opt out of the sharing of your personal information and
will suppress third-party targeting cookies for that browser or device.
As described in our Privacy Policy, certain cookies are always active, such as strictly necessary
cookies we need for the website to function (e.g., for logging in, maintaining a session, or filling
in forms).
Please note the following technical limitations regarding the cookie opt-out:
- It will only be effective for the browser you are using at the time, so you may need to
