Ty Frackiewicz's experience as a custom home builder unites with Ryan Fink's background in spatial technology to provide easy-to-use solutions that enhance residential home builders’ existing processes.
While knee-deep in building their new homes, a lightbulb went off for the co-founders of Digs. The information about a home can be much easier to access and share.
Realizing Our Vision of Every Home Understood.
While knee-deep in the build process Ryan Fink didn’t feel like he knew much about his new home. After speaking to Ty Frackiewicz, a colleague who started his career as a home builder, a lightbulb went off. They could use their combined knowledge of home construction and technology to make it easier for builders to share information and communicate during the home-build process.

The founders began by hiring a team of highly skilled UX designers and product engineers to perform research within the builder community. This work is helping them understand how Digs can make it easier to share information without changing proven processes. As a result, the Digs team is realizing its vision of Every Home Understood by uncovering new ways builders, vendors, and suppliers can manage documents and communicate with others during home construction projects--creating the best homeowner handoff experience.

Digs recently launched its open beta version on February 1, 2023
