What happens at the end of my Free Trial?

At the end of your 14-day Free Trial, you’ll have the option to upgrade to a Pro Subscription or continue with the free version of Digs. If you choose not to upgrade, your workspace will downgrade to a limited version with reduced features. Learn More Here.

Can I keep my files if I don't upgrade?

Yes! You’ll still have access to your existing projects and files. However, features like Company Files will no longer be accessible.

Pro Tip: Move/copy any important files into an active project before your trial ends to ensure you can still access them.

What are the key benefits of upgrading to Pro?

I like Digs, but what if I need more time to decide?

No problem! If you’re not ready to upgrade, your workspace will remain active, and you can upgrade to Pro at any time. While your account may be reverted to a Starter subscription, your projects and files will still be there, and you can pick up where you left off whenever you’re ready.

Do I need to pay for my client or vendors?

No, your clients and collaborators are free to invite to your projects, you will only pay for yourself and your company team members. After you have completed the home build, you can send a digital record of your Digs project with all documentation and specifications to the new homeowner as part of the homeowner handoff.

Can I collaborate under my free plan?

Yes, Collaborators are always free. You do need a paid plan to create more than one project.

What qualifies as a project?

A Digs project encompasses a dedicated space where users can collect and organize documentation and blueprints related to a construction project. Users can invite clients and other building professionals to collaborate on all aspects of the documentation and information associated with the project. To facilitate a seamless handoff of digital records to a homeowner at completion, each project will have one distinct owner entity.

Can I cancel if I no longer need Digs, and if so do I retain my project(s) data?

Yes, you can cancel a monthly subscription at any time. Accounts on annual subscriptions can be canceled and will not renew for the following billing cycle. Digs utilizes Amazon Web Service (AWS)  for hosting and storing all data storage offered on the Digs platform. In the event that all user files need to be exported, Digs will comply, as this data is owned by the individual user.

Do I commit to a year contract or can I go month-to-month?

Digs provides the option of a month-to-month or annual subscription, providing you with more flexibility.
