HomearrowIndustry Newsarrow

The International Builder Show returned to Las Vegas from February 25 to February 27, 2025, bringing together professionals from across the industry for an action-packed week. Live demonstrations, networking events, and insightful learning sessions created an atmosphere of collaboration and innovation. Hosted by NAHB, the event provided a unique opportunity for builders to connect, exchange ideas, and explore the latest advancements in construction.

The Digs team embraced every moment of the event, building valuable connections at the booth, engaging with the exhibits at both KBIS and IBS, and showcasing the latest innovations in homebuilding technology. For those who couldn’t attend in person, here’s a look at some of the exciting moments that unfolded in Las Vegas this year.

Contractor Coalition Happy Hour

Before Design and Construction Week officially began, Digs proudly sponsored a special gathering hosted by the Contractor Coalition. This group, led by AFT Construction from Scottsdale, NS Builders from Boston, and construction2style from Minneapolis—Nick, Brad, and Morgan—brings together expertise in luxury building, remodeling, design, and media. Attendees gained valuable insights into the industry while enjoying engaging discussions and networking opportunities. During the event, Digs was featured on Instagram Live, sharing thoughts on how AI is revolutionizing construction and how Digs AI is leading the way. The evening was filled with meaningful conversations and new industry connections.

The next Contractor Coalition Summit will take place June 19–24 in Omaha, NE. Click here for more details.

Live Demos at the Digs Booth

Bright and early on Tuesday morning, the Digs team was ready to kick off an exciting week. The booth buzzed with activity as live demonstrations showcased the platform’s capabilities, industry friends like Buildertrend stopped by, and memorable moments were captured. Those who missed the live demos can still experience Digs firsthand by requesting a personalized demo at Digs.com.

Oregon Hospitality Party

Even in the excitement of Las Vegas, Digs took the opportunity to connect with friends from back home. The Clark County BIA hosted a warm and welcoming cocktail hour, offering a wonderful space for meaningful conversations and community-building with fellow professionals from the Pacific Northwest.

LSC Talks

On Sunday, just before IBS officially commenced, Digs Co-Founders Ryan and Ty delivered an insightful presentation on AI at the NAHB Leading Suppliers Council Talks. Their session, "Transform Home Builds with AI Today," explored how AI is revolutionizing home construction, from streamlining pre-construction workflows to enhancing client collaboration and warranty management. Attendees gained practical knowledge on how builders are implementing AI-powered solutions to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and elevate homeowner satisfaction. The session also featured live demos of cutting-edge AI tools shaping the future of the industry.

Straight Talk and Strong Spirits with Digs and Mike Rowe

One of the standout moments of the week was a special cocktail event hosted by Digs, featuring an exclusive fireside chat with industry leaders Nathan Walters, Matt Green, and Vincent Longo. The evening, highlighted by insightful conversations and laughter, culminated in a celebratory toast to the build industry, the MikeRoweWorks Foundation, and ongoing innovation. Digs extends a heartfelt thank you to event sponsors KBF Certified Public Accountants and Front Light Building Co.

Reekon Tomahawk Digital Tape Measure Giveaway

Excitement filled the Digs booth as the team hosted a giveaway for the Reekon Tomahawk Digital Tape Measure and P1L Tagger Construction Printer. The Tomahawk, the first-ever digital tape measure for professionals, enhances precision and efficiency on the job site. Six lucky winners were selected from a raffle, with their new tools shipped directly to them. Digs looks forward to seeing these innovative tools in action!
