Along with Forbes and TechCrunch, GeekWire was one of the first publications to break the news of the launch of Digs home build collaboration software. GeekWire highlights Digs Founders, Ryan Fink and Ty Frackiewicz, sharing how their combined experience in home building and computer vision inspired them to start Digs.
Calling Digs a “Digital hub for the construction process,” GeekWire shared how Digs will improve communication for everyone involved on a home build.
“Stakeholders will be able to store documents, assign tasks, and comment. The idea is to consolidate the buildout communication onto a single platform and organize it by room.”
Additionally, the article showcased how Digs can keep homeowners informed both during and after the build.
“For instance, a project manager could upload a list of appliances, pin it to the kitchen, then task the homeowner with selecting the items they want to install. This lets the manager, homeowner, and builders collaborate and communicate in real-time, with the aim to increase overall efficiency.”
